Errol Spence Jr. and Terence Crawford have their spotlight stolen as Jermall Charlo and Caleb Plant make headlines for their altercation at weigh-ins. However, it does not stop there. Turns out Jermall’s ex-wife was also a part of an altercation with Jermell Charlo’s wife.
In a very strange turn of events Jermall Charlo was suddenly slapped by former middleweight champion Caleb Plant. Before any huge brawl could breakout both were separated by security guards present at the venue. “Don’t you ever grab me by my motherf****in’ face again like that, boy,” said Plant as he was being escorted by the guard. The incident took place at Terence Crawford and Errol Spence Jr’s weigh-ins and Jermall was not the only one at the receiving end of a beating.
Turns out Jermall Charlo’s ex-wife Chantelle Charlo also got in a squabble with Jermell Charlo’s wife Chy Westbrook. The reason why the wives of the twins were going at each other’s throats is still unknown. However, Jermall’s ex-wife received some good strikes while she was on the ground. Both were eventually separated and escorted away from each other.
After the heated brawl at the event, fans simply cannot stop the trolling of Charlo. Boxing fans have a field day as they call out Charlo and his wife for getting humiliated at the weigh-ins.
