By the way, as many of you know, ABC announced that Derek, Amy, and Noah would be performing together on the finale, but what about Sharna? Well, Sharna is indeed in the dance, and she choreographed it as well. "We'll dance as couples," explained Sharna. "Then Noah and Amy have a great moment together. It's going to be incredibly inspiring." And cause us to cry, no doubt.

Rumer Willis was beaming backstage after scoring a perfect 80/80 for the night with partner, Val Chmerkovskiy. Something else that Rumer was excited about? The debut of her new single, a stripped-down version of "Toxic" that is now available on iTunes (Val plays violin on it as well). The two worked with the legendary singer-songwriter Linda Perry, and "it was incredible," says Val. By the way, as for Rumer joining Val in Sway next month, she says it's definitely going to happen. (Stay tuned to my interview with Val's brother, Maks, today for more scoop about Sway.)

I also talked to Noah, Riker, and Rumer (as well as Sharna, Allison, and Val) about the other celeb contestants they bonded with the most throughout the season. I think those answers will surprise you (and make you laugh), so I'll plan on asking the returning celebs the same question after the finale. Look for that on Wednesday morning.

Freestyle Reviews

:

Noah and Sharna: I've been hard on Noah being in the finals, but that freestyle tonight was nothing short of flawless, inspirational, and spine-tingling. His strength is astounding, his movements on point, and the choreography just brilliant. Noah is in a league of his own, and if he and Sharna go on to win the Mirrorball tomorrow night, I will be A-OK with it. Score: 40/40

Riker and Allison: R5 fans are going to kill me for this, but I wasn't wowed like I wanted to be. Riker is incredible (that's the understatement of the competition), but I wanted more. The dance itself was great and showed plenty of range, but it wasn't a freestyle that I'll forever remember like Derek and Kellie's or Alfonso and Witney's. Score: 40/40
