UNIVERSAL CITY, CALIFORNIA: Ruby Leigh is declared the runner-up of 'The Voice' Season 24. However, fans believe the 16-year-old deserved to win the show as they were convinced she had a better voice than Huntley.
While some theorized that Ruby would have won had she been in Team Niall, a few others claimed that NBC wanted to declare a less famous singer the winner of the show.

Whatever the reason may be, fans have been flooding the internet slamming the show for being "rigged" after Ruby came second. It is yet to be seen whether Ruby will be given new opportunities by any of the coaches in the future.
Seeing Ruby become runner-up, a fan wrote, "Nah, if Ruby was on Team Niall she would’ve won. S**t was rigged from the start. They wanted him to go back to back since Blake is gone. Ruby was clear cut better. Huntley will join every other voice winner in obscurity within a year I am sick man!!!"
Another disappointed fan wrote, "Damn. Ruby Leigh should have won that." "Ruby will have a career over Huntley, way more talented, to be 16 at that too, we will see her again for sure," wrote one.

Huntley is declared the winner of 'The Voice' Season 24. Niall Horan's team once again won the season's title.
After Huntley was announced the winner, tears rolled down his eyes in disbelief. He cheered for a moment then hugged Ruby, consoling her after her loss.
Who were the Top 5 finalists of 'The Voice' Season 24?
Gwen Stefani had no singers from her team competing last episode as all of them got eliminated ahead of the finale.
Niall Horan had two finalists, Mara Justine and Huntley. On the other hand, Reba McEntire also had 2 singers on her team, Ruby Leigh and Jacquie Roar.
John Legend was left with Lila Forde in the finale.
