When is a molehill not a molehill?

We have plenty of molehills around Aylesbury Park.
Once they've been produced, the soil gets dispersed and a bare patch of earth is left. These then get flattened by the mowers.
This is hypothetical, it didn't crop up today but it could have.
If a ball was to finish on one of these ex-molehills, does it still qualify as one thereby leading to free relief..?

My initial thought was No but I thought I'd get some opinions.
