A Nigerian woman named Gladys has taken to TikTok to share her perspective on the potential negative consequences of giving away personal belongings and to offer advice on how to handle such situations appropriately.

In a video posted by the user @supersecret, Gladys emphasized the importance of taking certain precautions before giving away one’s possessions in order to avoid potential negativity. She claims that the negative outcomes of giving away belongings can include setbacks, infertility, and failures.

While acknowledging the value of generosity, Gladys stressed the need to be mindful of who receives our belongings. She suggested that there is a spiritual connection between individuals and their possessions, whether they are currently owned or have been in the past.

According to her, in order to ward off any potential negative consequences of giving away personal belongings, one should mix their early morning urine with water and sprinkle it on the items before gifting them. Gladys advised that the belongings can be washed afterwards to eliminate any odour.
