UFC star Conor McGregor continues to attract celebrities to Black Forge Inn as rap legend Coolio and Instagram star Dan Bilzerian visit Dublin pub

UFC superstar Conor McGregor has seen his pub, The Black Forge Inn, become a celebrity hotspot with several big names visiting in recent weeks.

While ‘Notorious’ travels the globe on his £2.9million Lamborghini superyacht and trains for an MMA comeback, his impressive empire continues to grow.

The 33-year-old recently purchased The Waterside bar in Howth, a busy and affluent suburb of Dublin, adding to his pub portfolio, which includes the Black Forge Inn and the Marble Arch.

In 2019, McGregor bought The Black Forge Inn which is located near his hometown of Crumlin.

The UFC’s first-ever double champion reportedly splashed out £1.7m to become the property’s owner and is believed to have spent a further £868,000 transforming the venue into a gastro pub.

The popular establishment survived an attempted petrol bomb attack earlier this year and continues to thrive, recently hosting former Celtic striker and football legend John Hartson.

Earlier this week, poker player and social media celebrity Dan Bilzerian visited the bar with seven models.

The 41-year-old has an estimated net worth of £252million and is regarded by many as ‘The King of Instagram’.

Just days later, McGregor’s establishment had another high-profile guest in rap legend Coolio.

The 'Gangsta's Paradise' star was pictured hanging out in The Black Forge Inn smoking area with Dublin rappers, Casey Walsh and Alex Sheehan aka ‘Casper’ and ‘Eskimo Supreme’ of ‘Versatile’ fame.

While McGregor’s business empire is thriving, there is some work to be done to get his MMA career back on track. The former dual-weight UFC champion has lost back-to-back fights and has just one win since 2016.

‘Mystic Mac’ has been healing up ever since suffering a fractured tibia and fibula at UFC 264 last July and has just begun kicking again ahead of his eagerly anticipated return to action later this year.

UFC fighters are lining up to face the biggest ever MMA star in his return fight with the likes of Nate Diaz, Michael Chandler, and Charles Oliveira among the favourites to first crack at McGregor.
