The show of love by a group of ladies in matching ‘Aso-ebi’ (wedding garments) during the wedding reception of a recently-wedded couple has left many in adoration of their evidently strong bond.

A sudden downpour started as the ceremony, which was held in an open space, progressed.

Rather than run for shelter like many other guests, the “Aso-ebi ladies” stood by the stage where the couple was, and merrily continued the celebration.

The group of ladies, said to be Mass Communication students of an unnamed university, appeared to exert even more energy dancing in the rain, to the surprise of onlooking guests.

The bride and groom also paid no attention to the rain as they displayed their hot steps in their traditional outfits.

Social media users have heaped praises on the ladies for what some termed “pure love” shown to their friend on her special day.
