Top 10 fastest dinners to prepare for busy adults

Everyone is worn out from work, traffic, and Nigeria simply being Nigeria. When they get home from work, they want to eat without spending 45 to 60 minutes cooking. Sometimes you do not have the time or energy to start cooking anything that takes so much of your strength. You want to be able to make any of these fastest dinners that are also budget-friendly because oga sapa is not smiling these days.  That’s why I’ve provided a list of ten easy meals you can prepare in under 20 minutes for dinner. You don’t need to do a lot or buy a lot of stuff for these recipes.

Be aware that this dish is essentially a beef sandwich with beef suya as the main ingredient before you disparage it. Use Agege bread to improve it. You can proceed after consuming N150 worth of Agege bread and N500 suya. You won’t regret it if you spread some butter or mayonnaise inside. Add a sunny-side-up egg for added punch.

Typically, stew is the quickest and easiest way to serve spaghetti. However, I need us to advance in life. The simplicity and speed with which this recipe can be prepared make it highly addicting. My friend, a Nigerian bachelor, who despises cooking, prepared it every day for a week after I introduced him to it. But don’t go as far as he did.

This is one of the easiest meals to prepare. The whole process of this meal doesn’t last up to ten minutes. If you are tired or very busy at work, this meal is your meal. It can be prepared in various ways depending on how you like it.

African burger

You probably want to know what an African burger is. A burger in Africa is just bread and akara (bean cakes). Not only is this meal inexpensive and simple to prepare. If you do not have the time to create the Akara, you can simply buy from Iya Tobi or Mama Nkechi down the road. This meal can be arranged with less than N500.

In Nigerian homes, bread and tea is a traditional meal. There are days when you’ll be too exhausted and sluggish to cook anything, so bread and tea will come in handy to keep you from going to bed hungry. You only need to purchase fresh Agege bread, milk, and milo to start.

You must be wondering how this ended up on the list. There will come a time, my brother and sister, when you will be so worn out that nothing will seem simpler to prepare when sapa hits you. Garri, so the saying goes, has been saving lives for ages. Garri can simply be consumed with cold water and your preferred toppings. I prefer mine with coconut and groundnuts.
