“This is Jaylen Brown’s World” – Fans STUPEFIED as the Celtics star decimates the Pelicans with a 41-point game

Behind the rising stardom of Jayson Tatum, Jaylon Brown has been largely considered the second wheel. However, the star young player from the Boston Celtics has shown over time that he does and can do everything that Tatum can do on the floor. Perhaps even better on some nights. His stardom has been increasing on a nightly basis. Brown did drop a game-high 41 points against the New Orleans Pelicans and brought home a good win.
Playing against one of the top teams in the NBA, the 2021 All-Star made sure that it was a statement game for them. Leading the Celtics, Brown scored 41 points and has 12 rebounds in the game. His season high came in just 34 minutes, in which he made 15 of 21 shots from the field. He also made 3 of 6 shots from beyond the arc.
Celtics star player Jayson Tatum added 31 points and 10 rebounds, and Malcolm Brogdon starting for injured Marcus Smart scored 20 points. Veteran Al Horford also had 14 points and made four 3-pointers in the game. With the win over the Pelicans, the Celtics have won their last five home games. Celtics were playing without two of their top defenders in Smart and Robert Williams.

Fans were impressed by Brown’s massive night against the Pelicans and dropped good words for the Celtic’s star. After the 1st quarter, the Celtics were leading by only three points with 35-32 on the scoreboard. However, after scoring the first 9 points of the 2nd quarter, the Celtics took a 12 points lead. Naji Marshall broke their scoring drought with his 3-pointer with over 8 minutes left in the quarter. CJ McCollum led the Pelicans in scoring with 38 points. He also shot 6-for-12 from the 3-point range.
With their win against the Pelicans the Celtics extend their margin as the top team in the NBA. They have won 30 of their games this season. Memphis Grizzlies and Denver Nuggets have won 28 of their games in the season, as they continue to improve their record. Jaylen Brown-Jayson tatum duo is largely considered by many as the best two-way due in the league.
