There are some Shrines in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom that can really throw you for a curve ball. There are a handful that just can really give you a hard time with trying to solve them, and this is no more apparent than with the Jiukoum Shrine.
The Jiukoum Shrine can be pretty tricky when you first enter it. However, once you understand what you are supposed to do, it isn't as difficult as you may think. Though it may still be a little time-consuming due to its reliance on building mechanics.

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom - How To Summon Tulin
Want to summon Tulin in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom? Well, here's a nifty guide to help you out.Jiukoum Shrine Solution
There are three sections to this Shrine, and each of them involves using platforms to navigate various rails you have to ride in order to progress to the next part.
First off, you have a simple section: you will have two square pieces and a rail going forward. All you have to do is attach the pieces together along the side and then place them on the rails using Ultrahand. You will have to move quick to jump on the platforms as they move, as they will start moving really quickly. Ride them over the gap and you can move on to the next section.
This part ramps up the difficulty a little bit, with three square pieces and a railing that curves around over the chasm. If you just try to ride the sections in a flat construction, you will fall off the railing at the first turn and die. The trick is to use the square sections to either form a T-shape or a box around the railing, so that when you hit a turn, you won't fall off.
Construct the pieces however you wish, and ride them to the other side for the third, and final, section of the Shrine. This part is the trickiest section: you will have more pieces to build with and a railing that starts out as two separate ones, but then becomes just one very quickly. Further, you start below the railing and won't have gravity to help propel you along the railing.
In order to get through this section, you will need to put a long piece across the top of the railings, and then use the other pieces to place them vertically between each set of railings, for a total of three sections hanging down. You can also put another piece along the bottom to create a box around it to help you out even more.
Now you need to compensate for the lack of gravity, and luckily, there are fans right here. Place these either along the top or bottom of your construction. Hop on and hit the fans with a weapon to start them. If you did it right, you will easily navigate the railings and come out right in front of the Shrine's end.
