Struggling with a high weak fade

Hi all,

I'm looking to diagnose issues with my driver where I am getting a very high and weak fade. To confirm, its not a slice, the ball is starting left of target and coming back fairly gently and not always back to target. I tend to tee up aiming for the right side for the odd shot that starts left and doesn't come back.

I'm fine with the left to right shape but I feel I am giving up some serious distance due to the height whereby I can often hit my 3 hybrid further, especially with the lower flight and roll out.

My ball speeds are between 140-145mph and my average carry is probably 190-200 which from googling id be expecting to be carrying around 225+. Im thinking this is a spin issue rather than me needing to go lift some weights... im 5'6" so I am challenged in the long levers department.

The flight starts fairly strong, rises up and then falls rather than being a penetrative flight.

I don't have a load of cash or time to put into coaching/lessons and am only getting out every 2-3 weeks so I am just looking for some advice on likely causes power loss/flight I can try to work on in the garden and the range.
