"This is my Mary Katherine Gallagher, SUPERSTAR! look from this year," writes Tracy. "This contains a plaid skirt from Old Navy ($4), a white button-down from Goodwill($4), a black sweater vest, white knee socks and sneakers I've had for years, a cheapie green headband and a $10 witch wig which received a haircut. Glasses are from Claire's. Whole look was about $20! I wore this to a party on Friday night and spent the evening photo bombing everyone with the superstar pose (successfully, I might add!)."
