“So much money spent over such embarrassment” Mavs owner Mark Cuban stares in vengeance as Game 4 is halted because of a ceiling leak

Mark Cuban the owner of the Dallas Mavericks wasn’t happy watching the Game get delayed in his building because of a ceiling leak. It was probably the first rain delay in a playoff game in the league and no one wants it at their home arena. As it’s an embarrassment for most because even after spending so much money on managing and fixing such issues you just end on the unfortunate end. Mark Cuban probably felt the same as he did not look pleased by spectating it rain in the arena as the Mavericks take over the Golden State Warriors. While the Warriors had a chance to sweep out the Luka Doncic led Dallas Mavericks and officially call a wrap for their postseason and advance to the NBA Finals. But the Dallas Mavericks survived it all and have forced a Game 5 at Chase Center.

The Dallas Mavericks hosted the Golden State Warriors at American Airlines Center for Game 4 of the western conference finals. It was a very important game for both the teams and it even created a do-or-die situation for the Mavericks. But the Luka Doncic-led Dallas Mavericks survived it and got the last laugh. They established a lead early in the game and had it well-controlled which eventually won them the game. The final box score stands at 119-109 favoring the Mavericks. The Dubs though still lead the series by 3-1 and are one win away from going back to the NBA Finals. The game went pretty good for the franchise as they bounced back but the owner Mark Cuban was embarrassed in the second half as no one expected a water leak from the ceiling of American Airlines Center.

The Second Half got delayed for about sixteen minutes as the ceiling started to leak and soon there were two visible leaks in the building. It was the second time this season the game was delayed due to a water leak at American Airlines Center as it happened first when the Mavericks hosted the Minnesota Timberwolves in March. This time it was near the Warriors’ bench and even the playing surface got wet but it was fixed and after a five-minute warm-up, the playoff game was back. Mark Cuban though still wasn’t happy and it looked like someone could be fired from their job last night.

NBA Fans react to Mark Cuban looking angry after spectating water leak from the ceiling of American Airlines Center

Mark Cuban was present on the sidelines and spectated the leak wet the floor. He had anger in his eyes and was furious because of the embarrassment as he was lost staring at the floor. Many believe he wasn’t happy to watch that because even after spending a lot of money to maintain it all and have a big team to take care of such issues it still happened and the game was delayed.
