Shikhar Pahariya is a son of Sanjay Pahariya (businessmen) and Smruti Sanjay Pahariya.
He has a brother named Veer Pahariya, and his parents got divorced in 2008.
His maternal grandfather is Sushilkumar Shinde, and his maternal aunt is Praniti Shinde. Praniti Shinde is a Politician and member of the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly of Solapur City.
He is famous for his relationship with the daughter of actress Shri Devi and Bonny Kapoor named Janhvi Kapoor.

Shikhar Pahariya started his Consultancy firm at the age of 13 and stepped into the world of entrepreneurship. The work of his firm is to guide New pet owners.
He also worked as an investment analyst in a transnational conglomerate holding company ‘Wadhawan Global Capital’ in London.
He then worked for Andromeda Financial Technology Services in India. He founded his gaming and entertainment Company in 2018 named Indiawyn along with his Veer Pahariya.
