He said, "Whoever that person is, they are already being punished because the FBI does not forget cases and we do not stop — ever. It just gets handed down to the next generation if necessary to continue to work on... It will get resolved and we will find that person and that person is already being punished because everyday that person has to wake up knowing that it could be this morning that we're going to show up at their front door to put handcuffs on them. "
