Neil applied a creamy brown pigment all the way from Evie's lash line up to her brow and set it with a saddle-color eyeshadow to give it a honey-tan tone synonymous with old Hollywood. Then he straightened Evie's eyebrows. For a similar effect, look directly into the mirror and fill in under your arch first with powder or brow pencil. If it's still too arch-y, you can fill in above the arch too. For serious doe eyes, trace nude eye pencil inside the waterline and coat top lashes with black mascara.

For realistic-looking freckles, choose a brown lip pencil with a hint of red in it, says Neil. Scatter your faux freckles in small clusters, so they're not too even.
