Neil applied a creamy brown pigment all the way from Evie's lash line up to her brow and set it with a saddle-color eyeshadow to give it a honey-tan tone synonymous with old Hollywood. If it's still too arch-y, you can fill in above the arch too. For serious doe eyes, trace nude eye pencil inside the waterline and coat top lashes with black mascara.
