Nicki Minaj May Judge American Idol and Mariah Carey is NOT Happy! But, If Randy Jackson Steps Down--Could the World Be Ready for an All Women Judges' Panel?

Now, here's where things get sticky. Decisions haven't been made on the fate and future of Randy Jackson. There's speculation that he will step down to a "mentor" role on the show--leaving yet another empty spot at the judges' table.
Contenders for that spot are rumored to include Brad Paisley, Keith Urban and Enrique Iglesias.
Can I ask a question? Temper tantrums from Mariah aside, what would be so wrong with an ALL women judge's panel? I get the need for a balanced panel with varying degrees of expertise, experience and personality--but would it be so wrong to bring those qualities from three women?
For the record, I'm fine with a coed panel as long as they choose the very best contenders regardless of gender!
And, since Idol needs some major life injected into it to compete against the curiosity that Demi Lovato and Britney Spears' have piqued over at X Factor and the love/hate tension between Christina Aguilera and Adam Levine that everyone tunes in to see on The Voice--maybe an all women judges' panel is what will set them apart?
But I will say, for the record, no matter who fills that third seat--the inevitable showdown between Nicki and Mariah will be must see TV. Especially with poor Ryan Seacrest as the referee.
What are your thoughts on all this Idol drama? Who do you think should judge the show with Mariah?
