White County - Kent R. Kellogg, a Monon funeral director, was arrested Thursday on 29 felony counts, Indiana State Police said.
The arrest followed a four-month investigation by the ISP Special Investigation Section.
Kellogg, 50, who runs Kellogg Funeral Home in Monon. He faces one count Corrupt Business Influence, a class C felony, four counts Insurance Fraud, a class C felony, and 24 counts of Theft, a class D felony.
He is being held on $10,000 bond.
The White County Sheriff's Department and prosecutor's office assisted in the investigation.
