The superstar Mahesh Babu is coming with his film SSMB28 which is all set for release in theatres in 2024. Mahesh shared the first look at his upcoming movie on Instagram.

In the first look, superstar Mahesh Babu can be seen wearing shades while smoking a cigarette. Goons are also seen bowing down in front of Mahesh Babu in fear. Sharing a first look, he has written, “13.01.2024!! guys #SaveTheDate.”
Mahesh Babu has been paid Rs.45 crore for the movie. The total budget of the movie is at Rs.100 crore. SSMB28 meaning is SuperStar Mahesh Babu’s 28th movie.

SSMB28 cast and crew
It is the third collaboration between Mahesh Babu and director Trivikram Srinivas. Earlier, they both worked on movies like Athadu and Khaleja, these movies were big hits. The movie will be featuring Pooja Hegde in its female lead role.
This is the second time when these two co-actors are collaborating on a project after the blockbuster Maharashi which was released in 2019. This movie is likely to be a mix of action and emotions. The movie is backed by S Radhakrishna under the creations of Haarika and Hassine.

The movie will be featuring Ramya Krishnan, Samyukhtha Menon, Prakash Raj, and Sreeleela as the supporting cast. SSMB28 movie will be edited by the national award-winning technician, Navin Nooli. Its technical team has music director S Thaman, and the choreography is done by Ram-Laxman. Cinematographer is done by PS Vinod while the art director is done by AS Prakash.
SSMB28 OTT release
The superstar’s SSMB28 will stream on the OTT platform Netflix. According to the news reports, OTT rights for the movie were sold for 80 crores. However, there is no information on the OTT release languages of the movie.
About Mahesh Babu
When Mahesh Babu was four, he used to visit the set of the Telugu film Needa in 1979. He went on to act as a child artist in the films Sankharavam (1987), Mugguru Kodukulu (1988), Bazaar Rowdy (1988), and Gudachari 117 (1989). Mahesh then played a dual role in Koduku Diddina Kapuram in 1989. Later he appeared in Bala Chandrudu in 1990.
