How have you gotten over your bad spells?

I started the year at 14.0 - had a purple patch in April/May, during which I qualified for the HCP club championship and got down to 10.6, both of which were massive achievements for me.

after a poor June/July, I'm now at 11.4 and I can't remember the last time I've hit two decent consecutive shots and I'm absolutely dreading the HCP comp as it starts this Sunday morning. I'm trying everything to get back into a rhythm, but nothing seems to work.
