HO & N Steam Locomotive DCC & Sound

I have an HO Union Pacific 4-8-4 that came with the Bachmann HO Scale UP Overland Train Set and would like to install a DCC Sound decoder in the vandy tender and also a backup light. I also have the Bachmann N Scale CB&Q 4-8-4. I would also to add DCC & Sound to this locomotive. Has anyone done these types of installations? Does anyone know of any manufacturer that has sound files for these locomotives?
