Guide for Titanfall - DLC

Hello everyone, it's your favorite Titanfall walkthrough writer Eurydace here to discuss all the DLC achievements with you, and you'll be pleased to hear they're actually quite easy. The achievements are tied to map packs which are all available in the Season Pass. Let's get started.
None of these map maps have their own playlists anymore. You will need to simply take note of which maps are DLC maps and ensure that you are getting the level-specific achievements for them as they come up.
Expedition Map Pack
This includes the maps Swampland, War Games and Runoff. Now, for the individual achievements:
---
First we have the general achievements for winning a match and playing every game type on each map (I'm sure you're familiar with that).
and
.
As with "I've Seen It All", you can check which game types you have played on each map by going to Personal Stats, selecting Levels, and then scrolling down to the bottom to find these DLC maps. You do not need to play special game types, such as Marked for Death. You need only play Attrition, Hardpoint, CTF, Last Titan Standing and Pilot Hunter.
---
Now there are two special achievements for each map. For War Games, we have...
and
These do require you to kill pilots. I seriously doubt I need to give you any strategy for this. If you're struggling with 12 pilots in a single match, try to focus on getting them in CTF or Marked for Death. CTF matches on this map are usually very drawn out affairs and I regularly saw people heading well over 30 kills in a single CTF match.
For Runoff, we have...
and
Blood Water is self-explanatory and will simply come with time. Just kill 200 enemies - any enemies. The quickest way is to load up Frontier Defense on this map and just play normally.
Side Pipe sounds tough, but it's not too bad. Your focus here is using weapons that can kill groups easily. For our purposes, Satchel Charges and the Smart Pistol will be the go-to weapons. Throw your satchel charge into a group of enemies or sit and let your pistol lock them all. Then jump on a wall and fire. As long as you are running on the wall (not hanging), you'll get credit for this. Most likely, you don't have many, if any, kills while wall running, so there is a challenge for getting kills while wall running you can use to roughly track your progress. You can get this in Frontier Defense.
For Swampland, we have...
and
For Tree Runner, I suggest not worrying about it until you've played every game type on the map. The map is designed to have you moving around in the air quite a lot anyway, and most likely this achievement will come naturally. If you do want to grind it, use the zip lines back and forth. Beware, the achievement doesn't unlock until the end of a match. Once this is all you have left for this map, go ahead an load up Frontier Defense.
For It's Safer Here, find two or three trees close together. Jump on one and hold L to wall hang. When you start to slip, jump to the other tree and hold L to wall hang. Rinse and repeat. The achievement doesn't unlock while you're in the air, so use the in-game timer to make sure you go for at least a minute.
And that's it for the Expedition DLC.
Frontier's Edge Map Pack
This includes the maps Export, Haven, and Dig Site. Now, for the individual achievements:
---
First we have the general achievements for winning a match and playing every game type on each map (I'm sure you're familiar with that).
and
As with "I've Seen It All", you can check which game types you have played on each map by going to Personal Stats, selecting Levels, and then scrolling down to the bottom to find these DLC maps. You do not need to play special game types, such as Marked for Death. You need only play Attrition, Hardpoint, CTF, Last Titan Standing and Pilot Hunter.
---
Now there are two special achievements for each map. For Export we have...
and
Hidden Export is easy. Get active camo and run up to enemy AI and melee them to death. You can get this done easily in 1-2 games if you do nothing else. Using burn cards to make camo last longer will help, but really are more than needed. You can also knock this out easily in Frontier Defense.
It's A Trap is interesting. There's a room on this map with some red coils. If you shoot them, it triggers a large amount of electricity across the map. The achievement is unlocked by killing someone with this electricity (the trap becomes active every 5-10 seconds. The best way to get it is to play LTS and constantly use the trap. Enemies tend to fight over there. If you're lucky, and enemy pilot will eject on the ridge and get killed by the trap. Here's a video showing the exact location:
For Haven we have...
and
Executioner can be buggy, which is irritating. The task is simple enough, and best completed during LTS or Pilot Hunter. However it will sometimes not unlock properly. Just keep playing until you get it.
Overkill requires you to use Titan Burn Cards and get kills. These burn cards are any that upgrade your Titan in some way (usually weapons and such). You don't need to get kills with the weapons affected by the burn card - simply have it active while getting kills. Any gametype should be fine for this.
For Dig Site we have...
and
Two fairly simple achievements. Both require you to kill pilots. As with the War Games achievement, getting 12 pilot kills in a single game can be tough. Focus on getting kills in Marked for Death or CTF - players in these gametypes usually aren't as worried about other players.
That's it for the Frontier's Edge DLC.
IMC Rising Map Pack
This includes the maps Backwater, Zone 18, and Sand Trap. You can also get these randomly from normal playlists.

Now there are two special achievements for each map. For Backwater we have...
and
Predator is simple. Use Active Camo and melee kill enemy AI. You'll have no issues with this. You can do it on Frontier Defense.
Rejected is a bit strange. In theory, you just use the burn card and kill something with it, but it seems to not be that easy. The best strategy is to wait until the middle of the match, then use the Burn Card. Next, find a group of Spectres and wait for them to fire at you. Use your shield to reflect bullets back. Some claim rockets will work, but I didn't actually get the achievement until I made sure to kill an enemy with its own bullets (instead of its own rockets). Keep trying and you'll get it eventually, though it can be frustrating.
For Zone 18 we have...
and
Swift Justice simply requires you to get kills while Stim is active. Use the Adrenaline Rush Burn Card to make sure it's always up. Otherwise just keep saving Stim until you see an enemy, then go for the kill.
East Targets is fairly easy. Play a gametype like Marked for Death or CTF and Pilots will run around like ants for you to kill. Just watch out for other Titans.
For Sand Trap we have...
and
The Bigger They Are requires you to get kills on Titans while a Pilot. The gametype won't really matter. All the Titans will be around the middle of the map. Stand near the edge with a Charge Rifle and look for fights. Just attempt to steal kills with charged lasers.
Cold Desert requires you to get kills while active radar pulses are active. Burn cards help, otherwise wait to use active radar pulse until you already see an enemy.
And that's it for the DLC for Titanfall. I hope you enjoyed it!
