Glamour: What kind of outfit on a girl are you most attracted to?

Ryan: If I'm at a bar, I'd want to see a girl in sneakers or flats, jeans or leggings, and just a simple shirt. Stilettos at a bar are a big no-no. And so are dirty white shoes.

JROC: Did you just say leggings?!

Glamour: Let's play a game! Kissing on the first date—always, sometimes, or never?

Ryan: I'm a bit shy and can be awkward when it comes to girls. But sometimes I like leaving a date without a kiss because then there's more buildup on the second date.

JROC: I'm into kissing on the first date. It's a nice way to end it!

Glamour: Sex on the first date—always, sometimes, or never?

Ryan: If I'm looking to date a girl, I don't want to have sex on the first date.

JROC: I wouldn't want to have sex on the first date, but I think that if the moment's right, it can happen.

Glamour: What's your post-date etiquette?

Ryan: We all know about the three-day rule. If I don't text someone within the next three days, it's probably because I'm not interested. If I'm interested, I hit her up the next day or that night.

JROC: I like to let a girl know I'm interested, so I'll always text her back to tell her that I had a great time and would like to see her again.
