The patch is known as update 2.08 on the PS4 version of the game, but it is specifically numbered as update 02.008.000 on PlayStation 5.

Ghost of Tsushima Update 2.08 Patch Notes
Ghost of Tsushima: Director’s Cut is essentially the “Game of the Year” edition that is now available for both PS5 and PS4, which has now improved it in multiple ways. Sucker Punch wasn’t satisfied with just putting the update out there last week and leaving it though, as they have already put out this latest update for both versions of the game.
Details about this patch come straight from the official Ghost of Tsushima Twitter account, which can be seen below. This tweet breaks down what is part of update 2.08, so you can know just what to expect.
Patch 2.08 for #GhostOfTsushima Director’s Cut is now live. This patch improves the load time for viewing cosmetics in menus on PS5, restores color button prompts, plus various Legends adjustments and additional bug fixes.

The load times on the PS5 version of the game are already spectacular with the SSD, but now one aspect of that is even better than before. The color button prompt fix is nice for those that were having issues with the bug as well.
The Legends adjustments were not broken down into what exactly was being changed here, but they seem to be setting up for the arrival of Rivals mode to Legends starting at 8:00 am PT on September 3.
Ghost of Tsushima: Director’s Cut is now available for PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4, so make sure to get this latest update for your respective version and get ready to dive right into the game yet again or for the very first time.
