Genshin Impact Ayato English Voice Actor Confirmed

In the latest live stream, miHoYo has confirmed that Ayato’s English Voice Actor will be Chris Hackney. As far as the Japanese counterpart is concerned, it is none other than Akira Ishida. If you have been following Genshin Impact leaks for a while you might have a fair idea about these voice actors, as it was leaked a while back. It is not that big of a surprise to see the leaks turning out to be true, considering that they have been quite accurate in the past.

Let’s talk about the English VA first. Chris Hackney, the English VA, has quite a decorated career as he has been a part of a number of acclaimed titles. His most notable work is in Fire Emblem, where he was the voice behind Dimitri, one of the four main protagonists in the game. But that doesn’t mean he hasn’t been a part of some other noteworthy stuff as well. After that, he was a part of Horizon Forbidden West, Lost Ark, and Shin Megami Tensei V as well.

When it comes to the Japanese version, we have Akira Ishida as the VA. Akira is another popular personality in the scene, as he was a part of the highly popular anime Naruto, as well as Gintama. miHoYo fans would find him even familiar, considering that he was the voice behind Otto Apocalypse from Honkai.
