Edens Zero Episode 20 was supposed to release on August 21st, 2021, in Japan. However, the official Twitter handle of Edens Zero confirmed that the anime series is on a break this week. The episode will not air this week because of Nippon TV’s 24-Hour Television / Love Saves the Earth” telethon.

With Episode 20, the anime will officially step into its next segment, the Sun Jewel Arc. So, you could understand why everyone is eagerly waiting for the release of the next episode. However, it looks like fans will have to wait a little longer to watch the episode.

Fortunately, the announcement also stated the return date for Edens Zero with the new episode. According to the official tweet, Episode 20 will now air in Japan on August 28th, 2021. So, you will have to wait one more week to see the beginning of the Sun Jewel story arc.
