cc is the volume (size) of the head of a driver.
max legal is 460 cc.
manufacturers like to produce differently shaped heads, which they all claim to be the best, so this is just about the only common way to describe one.
most modern drivers are 460 as, generally speaking, they are more forgiving because they have a bigger 'sweet spot' - the part of the club face that is supposed to contact the ball.
