Do you want to get married?

Yes, yes. I mean, not now. But it's definitely something down the road that I would see myself doing. My parents have been together for 37 years and I would love to have a family one day. I'd say right now I'm more focused on my career. But when the time is right, for sure.

What is one relationship lesson you’ve learned from your parents?

Always respect each other. You have to want to make it work, and they're such a great team. They both support each other and love each other and put the other one first. I've never heard them fight or seen them fight.

Whenever you do get married, what is one unusual or crazy thing you would want at your wedding reception? For instance, I want a sushi bar when the time comes.

I've never really thought about it, to be totally honest with you. A sushi bar sounds sick. The sushi bar sounds great.

Okay, you can borrow my idea! Switching gears, how did you meet your significant other, Renata Notni, and what was your first date like?

We met in Mexico City, and our first date was amazing. We went to a sushi restaurant actually. And we just did not stop talking until...we shut the place down. It was a great first date. We had a great conversation and they kicked us out.

Now that I know you’re a sushi person, what’s your favorite thing to order?

I love yellowtail—hamachi. My favorite sushi restaurant in L.A. is a place called Matsumoto, which is on Beverly and La Cienega. It's in a little shopping mall…little hole in the wall, but it's amazing.

Getting back to your S.O., who said the first “I love you”? You or your girlfriend?

I did. I just felt it. Yeah…

What would your girlfriend say is the most romantic thing that you do?

I'm very detail oriented. I am a big-time romantic. As for the most romantic thing, I don't know. I feel like we should ask her.

Remembering the details are good. Sometimes it’s the little things that are the most important.

Yes, like flowers just because. I recently gave her a little gift for our year-and-a half anniversary and a handwritten note.

What’s the most romantic thing she’s done for you?

She gave me a beautiful handwritten letter recently that was very, very romantic.
