It is with great sadness that we report the passing of David Lewis, a beloved father, husband, brother, friend, and son. David was a man who lived life to the fullest, always pursuing his dreams and passions with unwavering enthusiasm. Whether it was camping, hunting, fishing, or artifact hunting, David had a story to tell and a contagious excitement that inspired those around him.
David was a successful businessman, having worked for several companies including Glazer's Distributors, Southwest Window and Door, and Redball Technology, before becoming a self-employed independent business owner at Pelican State Pest Solutions and Custom Housing Solutions under The Basin Group. He studied Marketing and Legal Studies at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and was a graduate of West Monroe High School.

David's love for his family was evident in everything he did. He adored his wife Megan and their children, and his joy in being a father and husband was clear to all who knew him. His passing is a great loss to all who were fortunate enough to have crossed his path.
