Curious Map achievement in DS2

Minor Spoilers follow for boss names

Thrashballer's guide is great, I just thought I'd list the bonfires you have to light and what events you have to complete for the fires to light on the big map.

After you have gotten Cale to move to Majula, opened up the Mansion, and cleared the skeleton from the basement, you'll see a large map on the floor above the skeleton. You must light all 8 fires on the map and then speak to Cale to unlock this achievement. The fires light after you have met these conditions:

Area - Bonfire Name - Prerequisite

Forest of Fallen Giants - Cardinal Tower - Defeat the Last Giant
Sinner's Rise - The Saltfort - Defeat the Lost Sinner
Iron Keep - Eygil's Idol - Defeat the Old Iron King
Black Gulch - Hidden Chamber - Defeat the Rotten
Brightstone Cove Tseldora - Lower Brightstone Cove - Defeat the Duke's Dear Freja
Undead Crypt - Undead Ditch - Obtain the King's Ring
Dragon Shrine - Shrine Entrance - Obtain the Ashen Mist Heart from the Ancient Dragon
Drangleic Castle - King's Gate - Defeat Nashandra (Final Boss)

Hope that helps anyone who's stuck because they skipped an area or anything. Everything in the prerequisite's should be entirely story-based and unmissable, unless you open the Shrine of Winter beforehand by earning enough souls.
