- Rod #3 "Wonderboy" is unlocked by catching "The Admiral" for Skylar, talk to her at Dylan's Master Bait Shop to start the quest

- Rod #4 "Old Betsy" requires you to go to (Hard) fishing spots of each fish and catch the County Record in weight - these are the record weights
