Bradley Cooper and the cast of ‘The Hangover’ feared Mike Tyson had actually connected with Zach Galifianakis’ chin during filming.
The former world heavyweight champion made a spectacular cameo in the raucous comedy film back in 2009 which was all about a stag do gone hilariously wrong.

In the film, Tyson has a Bengal tiger stolen from his extravagant Las Vegas mansion, with three members of the bachelor party desperately trying to re-trace their steps and find the groom.
When Cooper’s character and his friends attempt to return said tiger, Tyson smacks Galifianakis with a huge shot whilst singing the Phil Collins classic, ‘In the Air Tonight'.
Speaking in 2018, Cooper admitted he felt genuinely concerned that Tyson had actually landed one of his famous right hands on his co-star, even leaving an dent on Galifianakis’ beard.
“When we all thought he really hit Zach,” Cooper told BBC Radio 1. “And actually Zach’s beard had this…because his beard was so think it was like a Brillo pad.

“So it’s like when you touch it, it keeps the indent. And his whole beard was moved over to the side when he stood up.
“It was terrifying and the wind from it – he still had it. I think Ed says, ‘He’s still got it.’
“He’s still got it! It was terrifying. He just comes up to us and then he hits Zach.
“Yeah, we were terrified.”
