When pics of Jennifer in a swimsuit surfaced in November 2007, the Ghost Whisperer star's weight became tabloid fodder. Although she was quick to fight back, stating she loved her body the way it was, by August, an Us Weekly cover story showed off a svelte new physique. Her trainer told the magazine JLH lost 18 pounds in 10 weeks by eating a 1,250-1,500-calorie-a-day diet and targeting her workouts on her legs, core and butt with "plenty of cardio [jumping rope, running, spinning] and an exhausting routine of lunges, pushups, crunches, body planks and weight work." We applaud her focus on fitness and love her original body-image confidence! The perfect combo.
