Even if you don't watch Below Deck Down Under, you've probably heard about it this week. The Peacock reality series, a spin-off of Bravo's Below Deck, follows the crew working on a megayacht in Australia. In this week's new episodes, two crew members were fired for inappropriate behavior.

On almost every version of Below Deck, crew members are often fired by captains for various reasons—from poor performance and drinking on the job to disrespecting the captain. But this time the crew members were fired for inappropriate behavior that caused production to break the fourth wall and step in.

If you don't watch Below Deck Down Under but want to be in the know (or if you do watch and need a little recap), here's all the info on what resulted in the double firings.

The first firing: Bosun Luke Jones

At the end of a charter, the boat crew (sans the captain, who is too tired and busy for this shit) goes out for a wild night on the town. True to form, there is a lot of drinking, followed by even more drinking on the yacht.

While out, Margot Sisson, the third steward, was flirting with Jones. On the way back to the boat, she was visibly intoxicated, but he made indications that he wanted to hook up with her. She said that she just wanted to go to bed.

When the crew returned to the boat, the partying continued without Sisson, who went to bed in her cabin. The chief steward, Aesha Scott, felt protective of Sisson after seeing Jones’s behavior toward her, so she stayed with her in her cabin until she fell asleep. Then the power on the boat went off, and Jones took the opportunity to sneak into Sisson's cabin and climb into her bed with her—while completely naked. A Below Deck Down Under producer then stepped in and made Jones get out.
