We will learn how Hyera has been operating all this time in the background in Chapter 51 of the Bad Thinking Diary. We witnessed her controlling Minjae, who was mesmerized by her appearance from the moment she first encountered her. Hyera had the intention of using her immediately through compulsion and seduction. The best strategy she could come up with was to act as a barrier between Minji and Yuna.

But none of it was successful, and the two girls are still together and more in love than before. As a result, Hyera starts to reveal her motivations for wanting everyone (particularly Yuna) to suffer. But will her past reveal her petty behavior or anything else?

Recap of the Previous Chapter

Yuna carried Minji out of the pub where they had been speaking with Hyera in Bad Thinking Diary Chapter 50. Hyera was irritated by the sight and desired nothing more than to sever their friendship. Her attempts, however, have been in futile, as both of them are now inseparable and stronger than they have ever been.

Her buddy taunted her for being upset over this, which made her snap at her for her arrogant attitude. Hyera had left the responsibility of maintaining the two apart but was irritated that she had not. And so began Hyera’s monologue describing why she had been doing certain things across the entire series and the fundamental reason behind it.

We get our first sight of how she perceives herself and her worldview, which is completely wrapped up. The readers were able to determine that there was morally incorrect with her. And after only a brief glance of her character, everybody is convinced that she is indeed perverted, if not beyond reproach.
