Back 4 Blood Early Access Open Beta

It’s fair to say that Back 4 Blood is one of the most anticipated games of 2021. After a long wait, fans will finally be able to get hands-on with the Zombie shooter this week, as it’s almost time for two back-to-back open beta weekends to start in Back 4 Blood.

From the creators of Left 4 Dead comes a brand new intense Zombie shooter, Back 4 Blood. Set to release this holiday season for Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Steam & The Epic Games Store.

Before the release of the full title this December, get your hands on Back 4 Blood in the new Early Access Open Beta. Here’s everything you need to know about the beta, including when it all starts and how you can register to play.

Back 4 Blood – Early Access Open Beta

The Early Acces Open Beta for Back 4 Blood will start on Thursday, August 5th until Monday, August 9th. A second Open Beta will then follow the weekend after, running from Thursday, August 12th until Monday, August 16th.

Gain access to the Open Beta and experience intense four-player co-op, competitive multiplayer as a human or a ridden. Get ready to experience frenetic gameplay the keeps you in non-stop action.

Start Times

The Back 4 Blood Early Access Beta and Open Beta will start at the following time:

• 12PM (NOON) PT
• 3PM ET
• 8PM BST

Remember, the Early Access Beta begins on August 5th – 9th whilst the Open Beta runs from August 12th – 16th. Both of the Back 4 Blood Betas will start at the aforementioned time on their respective dates.

How To Get Access To The Open Beta

Both of the Back 4 Blood betas have two different ways of playing. The Early Access Beta requires players to pre-order Back 4 Blood, which can be done via their official website. All 3 editions of Back 4 Blood, including Standard, Deluxe and Ultimate will grant you access to the Early Access Beta.

As for the second weekend, fans can register their interest in the Open Beta on the Back 4 Blood website by entering their date of birth and email address. This does not guarantee access, you will receive confirmation if you are successful via email.
