Asian-inspired rooftop restaurant Hestia opens in Ballantyne – WSOC TV

CHARLOTTE — Charlotte’s newest rooftop restaurant opened Thursday atop the Panorama Tower in Ballantyne.

Hestia, at 14819 Ballantyne Village Way, is an Asian-inspired concept with a chef-curated menu that includes a variety of hot and cold starter plates, maki house rolls, sushi and nigiri, dinner dishes, craft cocktails and bottle service.

Patrons will have a 180-degree view of the greater Charlotte region from the 16th-floor restaurant that shows off the city skyline, Carowinds and the Carolina foothills.
