Anderson police are investigating two unrelated homicides that happened within three hours of each other.
ANDERSON, Ind. (WTHR) - Anderson police are investigating two unrelated homicides that happened within three hours of each other.
The first shooting happened shortly before 2 a.m. in the 1000 block of West 1st Street. Police say 33-year-old Lindsey Wilkins died as a result of a gunshot.
Police arrested 23-year-old Aaron Toller on a preliminary charge of murder.
Shortly before 4 a.m., Anderson police responded to a second shooting in the 2400 block of Lincoln Street. Officers found 57-year-old Carlson Conn shot to death at his residence.
Police say they are looking for a person of interest in Conn's death.
