A New Way To Use Your Blow Dryer's Cold Button (Plus 2 More MUST-Know Blowout Tricks!)

That's me totally without makeup. Puttin' it all out there for you, ladies!
Finally, look at this easy move--if you twist sections and then heat/cool them with your dryer, you get a sexy mussed-up texture that also happens to minimize the appearance of split ends. Um, yay!
Meanwhile, not only did my waves last, they were totally intact after nine hours of taping, as seen during our late-nite visit to In 'N Out Burger (yum). (And do you dig the glam of my gold Gelish manicure against my burger?)
Thank you to Kyle for one of the best hair days of my life--and for tips that'll hopefully help some similarly enjoyable hair days occur again in the near future!
Here's the step-by-step of how he gave me this hair, in case you want to try it at home:
Blew my hair out wavy using a medium-sized metal vented round brush, alternating blasts of hot and cold air.
Divided my hair into two ponytails (an easier way to section hair) and used a 1" curling iron to define more waves all over my head.
Using the dryer, twisted sections for texture and flipped over the front section to give it the perfect swoop.
