By 1968, it had changed hands to George Ehling, a former wrestler, actor, movie studio carpenter, and eventual mosaic artist. Over the next 50 years, Ehling put his unique touch on the property in the form of thousands of pieces of hand-made mosaic. Walls, floors, ceilings — no other castles you can rent have something to see everywhere you look like here. Don’t miss the Hollywood sign, visible from one of the terraces.
