Here are my thoughts:

There are really just so few ways to do warm AND sexy in winter—but I'm assuming you want both for a New York City bachelorette party.

I'd probably go with a sassy little party dress with an extra-warm wool coat over it. I'm going to assume you're going to dinner and then to a club—because that's what I did at the last NYC bachelorette party I went to. I'd throw a cardigan or a slim blazer over the dress for extra warmth and a little coverage at dinner, then check it along with your coat at the club.
