If you don’t love your items from Akira, you can return them within 30 days of your original order date. All returned items must be in completely new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered condition. All tags and packaging must be intact. If you do not meet these conditions, Akira may charge a 15% restocking fee. Or, they may decline to accept your return entirely.

To get started with your return, use their online return portal to get a prepaid return shipping label. $8.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping. Follow the instructions to send back your order to get your refund. Some products cannot be returned, including:

• Any item marked “Final Sale,” and other reduced, sale, and discounted items

• Bodysuits, tights, and swimwear

• Earrings, face coverings, and hats

• Styling/fashion body tape

• Gift certificates and gift cards
