0.5 HC Diff - round up or down?

Kaz, if you are playing in Scotland you (now under WHS) calculate half the combined CH for each pair (without any intermediate rounding at all) then you round the result for each pair giving two integers, then make the subtraction. This way the exact 0.5 difference won't arise.
